I fucking hate IDE drives.

So in the search for a lulzy version of episode 39 of GSD for j.veed, I had the dilemma of an old 20 gig IDE drive that I had nfc clue what was on there (CP aside). It turns out I could not find what I was looking for, but back to the beginning problem - IDE cables are fucking retarded. Whoever designed IDE cables need to be hauled out into some ditch and have his testicles blown off with a shotgun at point blank range.

Anyway, I was faced with a dilemma: I had a 20 gig hard drive, about 10 minutes to figure out what was on it, and I knew if I mounted the hard drive in the chassis I'd spend at least 20 minutes trying to thread the proverbial microscopic needle with my excessively massive dick. (Read as: find a way to fit my ONLY IDE cable in such a position as to run to both my CD/DVD burner and my old hard disk) aka, it just won't fucking happen.

\_/ for IDE drive, I happened upon a stroke of genius. MOLEX connectors are fucking annoying. They're hard as hell to remove once they're in. So I decided to pit the MOLEX connector against gravity, and of course, the MOLEX connector won.

Upon further examination it seems like the IDE cable is taking most of the weight. Lals.

Fuck yeah.
